Coming into a strange place and maybe only knowing one or two people (or even none!) can be a daunting experience. At Living Faith we welcome all visitors and encourage you to participate in what you are comfortable with.
Our church service is fairly standard with praise and worship songs for about 20–30 minutes, then we will take up an offering (for those who are regular attendees); take communion (this is voluntary – see note below for an explanation on communion) and hear the main message.
At the end of our service we welcome people to come forward to receive prayer and a touch from the Holy Spirit. Otherwise you can simply get a cuppa and a biscuit and spend as little or as much time as you like getting to know others who attend LFCC.
Communion is a time when we pause to acknowledge the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ when he was on the earth some 2000+ years ago. Small, individual cups of juice are passed around, along with a piece of a cracker. The juice represents the shed blood of Jesus and the cracker his broken body. We do this as per the principle Jesus asks us to follow in I Corinthians 11:24-25.
There is no dress code at LFCC. Come as you are – casual, smart casual, whatever you feel comfortable in.
Yes, there is ample free parking available at both our Balcatta and Innaloo locations.
Yes! We have children's ministry during the service. Your children are well cared for in a safe, fun and engaging environment.
Services are typically between 1.5 to 2 hours. After the service there's time to connect over a cuppa.
